• Cancellation Policy: 10% booking fee non-returnable charged on all cancellations.
• Restrictions: No smoking. No pets. Children 5 and older welcome.

• Recommended Speciality Recipe: Blueberry Stuffed French Toast.
• Recreation & Activities: 16 x 32-foot in-ground pool.

• Directions: From Routes 95 and 128: Change to just Route 128 at Peabody. Take exit 28 of Route 128 to Centennial Drive. Take right onto Summit Street. Cross at lights to County Street. At end, take right onto Lynn Street. Only 0.6 miles on left to B&B.
  From Boston: Route 1 North to Route 129, take the right to the Rotary. Take second exit off Rotary (Lynnfield Street, Peabody). At 4-way intersection, take right onto County Street. At end, take right onto Lynn Street. Only 0.6 miles to B&B.
