• Payment: Deposit is 50% plus agency fee. Balance is due 2 weeks (1 month during special events and fall) prior to arrival. MasterCard, Visa, and Discover accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Agency fee is non-refundable. Standard Policy: Canceled more than 2 weeks prior to arrival date $25.00 fee. Cancelled within 2 weeks of scheduled arrival date, 50% of nights that are not rebooked are non-refundable. Special Events and Fall: $100.00 cancellation fee for cancellations made more than 1 month prior to arrival date. If cancelled within 1 month of scheduled arrival date, payment is non-refundable for nights not rebooked.
• Restrictions: Few allow smoking or pets.
• Breakfast: Most bed and breakfasts offer continental breakfast. No food provided in apartments.
• Special Events at Inn: Limited conference or reception properties.
• Attractions & Special Events: Historic sites and tours, music events, museums, and universities. First Night on New Years Eve, Boston Marathon in April, Harborfest in July, Gay Pride Parade in June, Bunker Hill Day in June, and North End Italian Restaurant festivals all summer. Falmouth Road Race (Cape Cod) in August and Head of the Charles Regatta in October.
