• Payment: Deposit is one night's stay to reserve room.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date to ensure refund of deposit. With less notice, deposit will be refunded only if we are able to re-rent the accommodations.
• Restrictions: No smoking. No pets.
• Breakfast: Full in season. Continental off season.
• Special Events at Inn: Business functions, conferences functions, and events.
• Recreation & Activities: Saltwater swimming pool on site. Nearby sightseeing, hiking, biking, and kayaking.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: Atlantic Ocean, Cape Ann, Boston 1 hour away, whale watching, and famed art colony of Rockport.
• Directions: From Greater Boston: Follow Route 128 North to Cape Ann. Pass through 2 traffic circles in Gloucester. Continue on Route 128 to its end. At the first set of traffic lights, turn left onto Route 127. Go about 3 miles to where Route 127 turns a sharp left at Rockport's "five corners", noting a sign for Pigeon Cove. Turn left and continue 1.2 miles to The Yankee Clipper Inn.
