• Cancellation Policy: If you find it necessary to cancel or revise your stay, notice must be received at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date on all reservations, including early check-out, in order for you to receive a full refund. If less than a 2-week notice is received, you will be charged for each night not re-booked.

• Directions: In Boston: From Routes 1, 95, or 93 North/South, follow signs to Storrow Drive. Take Storrow Drive exit west to Kenmore Square exit. Turn right onto Beacon Street and follow for approximately 1.5 miles (stay in middle lane through Kenmore Square) to St. Paul Street (Holiday Inn on right). Turn left onto St. Paul and left again at the first set of lights onto Longwood Avenue to the Beech Tree Inn, 83 Longwood (first driveway on your right).
  From the Mass Turnpike, Interstate 90: Take Cambridge/Allston exit. Turn right after the Guest Suites Hotel onto Storrow Drive East. Take Kenmore Square exit. Follow directions above from Kenmore Square.
  From Logan International Airport: Follow signs to Boston and Sumner Tunnel ($3.00 toll). Proceed through tunnel and follow signs to Storrow Drive. Follow "In Boston" directions above.
  By trolley from the airport: Take the Blue Line to Government Center. Change to "C" train on the Green Line outbound to St. Paul Street. Walk left up the hill to Longwood. Turn left to #83.
