Ingredients:

1 cup cottage cheese

1 cup sour cream

4 beaten eggs

1 cup flour

2 Tablespoons sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

Combine cottage cheese and sour cream. Add eggs. Whisk in flour gradually; add sugar and salt. Fry in tablespoons of hot melted butter. Keep warm in a 200-degree oven. (The texture is like a fine French crepe.)
