• Check-in: 2:00 p.m. or later. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. or earlier.
• Payment: 50% or a minimum 2 nights' deposit required on all reservations made from within the US (additional deposits may be required for reservations made from outside the United States). Full payment required in advance when reserving dates that coincide with special events, holidays, and conventions. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: No refunds given for special event, holiday, and most convention bookings. For all refundable reservations, cancellation notice must be received at least 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit.
• Restrictions: Smoking permitted on balconies only. No pets allowed. Parental consent/liability form must be provided for guests under the age of 18 who are traveling without an adult.
• Attractions & Special Events: Inquire about package rates for sporting events, Mardi Gras, Valentine's Day, French Quarter Fest, and Jazz Fest. Reservations also available for swamp, plantation, French Quarter, and Garden District tours; restaurants; limousines; and other activities.
