Christmas is a special time in New Orleans, with free nightly concerts at the Cathedral in Jackson Square, bonfires along the Mississippi to welcome Papa Noel, lights in City Parks and magnificent homes decked out in holiday fare. The weather is mild and the welcome is warm. Our Christmas Special includes a light repast Christmas Eve, Christmas morning breakfast and a full dinner Christmas day. Come put your presents under our tree and enjoy a Garden District holiday with us! The Special is good for guests staying 2 nights or more for an additional $150.00 per person. • Check-in: is flexible but please let us know if you plan on arriving prior to 1:00 p.m. or after 10:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. (luggage can be stored for guests leaving the city later in the day)
• Payment: An advanced deposit equal to one night's room and tax per room is required to make a reservation. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, money orders and cash accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Non-Special Event Dates: Reservation cancelled 29 days or more prior to arrival will incur a $25.00 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled between 15 and 28 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of one night's room and tax. Reservations cancelled within two weeks prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of one night's room and tax.
  Special Event Dates: Guests must pay the balance of their reservation in full 30 days in advance of special event dates. Charges are fully refundable, minus one night's rate, if the reservation is canceled 60 days prior to beginning of stay, provided the room is subsequently filled. If the room goes unreserved, the entire amount of stay will be forfeited.
• Restrictions: Smoking is only allowed outside the mansion. Ashtrays are provided on the front porch and in the garden. Sorry no pets. The inn may not be enjoyable for children under 12; let's discuss this when you make your reservation.
• Breakfast: Continental breakfast during the week and expanded continental breakfast on the weekend. Early risers are treated to coffee and tea.
• Special Events at Inn: "Grandparents and New Orleans" and "Bring on The Romance" special packages.
