• Check-in: 3:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out may be available; check with host. Luggage always held before check-in or after check-out.
• Payment: Deposit is first night's stay. Visa, MasterCard, travelers' and certified checks, cash, and money orders accepted. Personal checks accepted for deposit.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is required 72 hours before arrival during regular season, with and $25 cancellation fee. If not cancelled before 72 hours the desposit will not be refuned. During heavy periods or special events and you do not show for the time you have reserved we will charged for the entire stay. If we are able to re-book then we will refund, except the deposit the balance - only if we can re-book your room and there will be a $25 cancellation fee.
• Special Events Cancellation Policy: When booking for a Special Event Period (ie Mardi Gras, JazzFest, French Quarter Fest, and a few others) 50% deposit is required months ahead of special event. The balance is due 30 days before arrival and there will be no refunds after that date. However, if you must cancel and we are able to re-book the room, you will receive a refund less $50.
• Restrictions: Smoking limited. Small dogs permissible. Children welcome.
• Special Events at Inn: Small weddings and receptions.
• Recreation & Activities: Hot tub on premises. Dining, sight seeing, shopping, and nightlife nearby.
• Attractions & Special Events: French Quarter, historical neighborhood, Jazz Fest (April 4 - May 4), Mardi Gras, Halloween, Southern Decadence (Labor Day), and Christmas in the Oaks.

• Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: Riverfront Streetcar, French Market, Esplanade Avenue/City Park, and Algiers Ferry.
• Location: By Air: Louis Armstrong International Airport, approximately 15 miles from our guest house. Call United Cabs at 504-522-9771 once off the plane and they will assign and direct you to one of their taxi. United knows the Marigny and French Quarter areas, airport cabs are not helpful with visitor questions.
  By Cab: Cab rates are $28 for two people and $10 per passenger extra for 3 or more passengers. Queuing for cabs is directly outside the baggage claim area on the lower level. We highly recommend United Cabs @ 504-522-9771.
