  Two-bedroom cottages can rent as one-bedroom if only one bedroom is used. Rates include continental breakfast in the privacy of your own cottage.

• Payment: There is no deposit. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal, business, and traveler's checks are accepted.
• Check-in: any time after 2:00 p.m. Check-out: by 10:30 a.m.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date. We keep it short so that our guests are not penalized for illnesses or emergencies, but we certainly appreciate more notice than that. For holidays and special-event weekends like Pilgrimage or Christmas In The Country, and for reservations of more than one cottage, we require a 7 day cancellation notice.
• Restrictions: Children and pets are accepted if they are well behaved enough not to disturb the other guests. No smoking inside buildings. Smoking is restricted in some historic areas.
• Breakfast: An extended Continental breakfast is available in the privacy of your cottage.
• Languages Spoken: English and limited French.
• Special Events at Inn: Small quiet weddings, retreats, and reunions.
• Recreation & Activities: Tour of main plantation house available at small extra charge. Activities include an outside swimming pool, nature walks, guided birding by reservation, and horseback riding nearby.
• Attractions & Special Events: Many restored plantation homes and gardens open for touring, spring pilgrimages, summer birdfests, and Christmas activities throughout December. It is a 2.5-hour drive to New Orleans, a 2-hour drive to Cajun Country, and a 1-hour drive to Natchez, Mississippi.
• Recommended Local Restaurants: The Magnolia Cafe and The Oxbow.
• Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: Hike to seven waterfalls at Clark's Creek in the Tunica Hills, see the Oakley House where artist John Audubon painted one third of his Birds of America in the 1820's, or honeymoon in Butler Greenwood Plantation's Gazebo or Treehouse or Dovecote.
