May), the minimum stay is 3 nights on weekends and 2 nights on
weekdays. During the summer season (June through August), the
minimum stay is 2 nights on weekends.

- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days (60 days for special events) prior to scheduled arrival for refund of deposit. 60 days during Peak season: Sugar Bowl, Mardi Gras, French Quarter Festival, Jazz Festival, Essencefest, Southern Decadence, Halloween & New Years. A $25.00 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Restrictions: Pets allowed and encouraged. Children 16 and over welcome.

- Recreation and Activities: Courtyard with hot tub open 24 hours.
