• Payment: Deposit is one night's fee in advance or a credit card. Special events require pre-payment.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date. Pre-paid deposits for special events are non-refundable.
• Restrictions: No smoking. Two rooms are pet-friendly; please inquire.
• Breakfast: There is a full gourmet breakfast served.
• Refreshments: Serve afternoon tea or coffee. Full cocktail hour bar.
• Special Events at Inn: Accept bookings for private parties, weddings, special Cajun parties, weddings, and receptions from 20 to 300 people. Also, conferences, seminars, and team building groups. Guests can arrive in many ways, even by sea plane.
• Recreation & Activities: Hiking, bird watching, dolphin watching, swamp tours, sailing cruises, and canoeing are all available. Fishing for redfish, trout, bass, and flounder in the many bayous and lake that are in the south Louisiana and Barataria/Lafitte areas. Both charter guides and boat rentals are available.
• Attractions & Special Events: Jean Lafitte National Park & New Orleans are close by.
• Recommended Local Restaurant: There are four local restaurants that feature Cajun food fresh from local fishing boats.
• Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: From the Bayou to the Gulf of Mexico. There is a seasonal shrimping tour, a bird and dolphin watching tour, and a full moon canoe tour.
• Directions: Take 1-10 towards New Orleans. Follow signs that read Business 90 West/West Bank./ Mississippi River Bridge (any of those) (DO NOT TAKE I-10 East to Slidell)
  Cross Mississippi River Bridge to the West Bank and stay on the elevated expressway (Hwy. 90/Business). Approximately 6 miles from the Bridge get in right lane for the Barataria Blvd./ Jean Lafitte exit. This is Exit 4B. Follow signs to Jean Lafitte, stay on the service road about 2 blocks to Hwy. 45/Barataria Blvd. Left at Hwy. 45/Barataria Blvd. Stay on Hwy. 45 for about 3 miles than take a left at the intersection of Hwy. 45 and the 4 lane Hwy. 3134/Lafitte-Larose Highway. (Traffic light at this intersection). You will also see signs for swamp tours and the National Park. About 5 miles down this 4 lane highway a flashing caution light marks the 2nd intersection of Hwy. 45 and Hwy. 3134. CONTINUE STRAIGHT through this intersection & over the Intracoastal Waterway Bridge. You are now on Jean Lafitte Blvd. Stay on Hwy. 45/Jean Lafitte Blvd. South for 7 more miles, through the town of Jean Lafitte. Go over the "humpback" bridge over Goose Bayou. 1/3 mile further you will see the sign for Victoria Inn on your left. Turn left at the sign. You will see the parking area and the blue house which is the main house of the Inn. The front desk is on the main 2nd floor of the Blue House, see the steps and flags leading to the verandah.
