Red Rose Inn Bed and Breakfast is an 1820 historic home in beautiful Bardstown, Kentucky, located in the center of town 1-1/2 blocks from the courthouse square and within easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants and attractions.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this Late Victorian Style B&B welcomes you with friendly hospitality and warm cookies. The home contains five fireplaces, some of which were built by Alexander Moore, master craftsman of My Old Kentucky Home.

Each of the four guest rooms has a private bath, and a king or queen size bed. Three accommodation have the added romance of a fireplace while all have Cable TV. Business travelers will appreciate the Corporate Conveniences of High Speed Internet access and Fax services.

Enjoy a sumptuous country gourmet breakfast that may include a fresh-fruit cup, homemade coffee cakes or fruit tarts, popovers, ham crisps and sausage cups with eggs. In summer, enjoy the tranquility of breakfast served on the garden terrace. As always, homemade cookies, and other snacks are available at all times.

Relax on spacious grounds, surrounded by colorful flower gardens and Koi ponds. The Hot Tub/Spa is available year round.

Stephen Foster, the Bard (songwriter) of Bardstown, wrote the song "Ah, May the Red Rose Live Always!" from which the Red Rose Inn took its name.
