• Accommodations: 2 suites and 6 guestrooms, all with a private bath and a fireplace. some have whirlpool tubs and some have fireplaces in the bathroom too.
• Rates: $119.00 to $229.00 per night. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: Reservations are confirmed with a deposit of the total of 1 night's stay plus tax or 50% percent of the total of the stay plus tax when reserving more than 2 nights.
• Check-in: 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Check-out: 12 noon.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or changes must be received by noon 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to receive a refund of the deposit less a $25.00 rebooking fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will forfeit the entire deposit.
• Restrictions: No smoking except outdoors in designated areas. No pets. Children age 12 and older are welcome.
• Breakfast: Full gourmet breakfast.
• Special Events at Inn: Lover's Specials, Tour Louisville Specials, Ghostly Specials, Celebration Packages, and concierge service. Weddings; holiday, anniversary or birthday parties; business meetings or events; bridal showers or luncheons.
