• Accommodations: 4 double guestrooms, 3 Jr suites. All guest double bedrooms and Jr. suites have ensuite bathrooms with tub and shower (2 of them feature whirlpool tub), twin beds or queen size double beds, Coloured Sat TV, Air conditioning, PC Modem access, mini-bar, telephone, safe box, hair-drier, and reserved parking. Apartment Guests share a large common living room with a terrace, common laundry, towels for the swimming pool, and covered parking.
• Open: Open from March 1 - January 15 (closed January 16 - February 28)
• Rates: Rate in Euro range from € 88 to € 215 per night for rooms based on double occupancy. Apartment weekly rates range from € 700 to € 1300. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: Reservations should be confirmed with a deposit of 30% of the total bill. The remaining balance is due at Guests’ arrival. Visa, Carta SI, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted. This will include tax. A security deposit of 250 euro (CASH) per apartment will be paid upon arrival. It will be returned at the end of your visit, less any charges incurred.
• Check-in: 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Please confirm arrival time 24 or more hours ahead of time, as we like to welcome each guest personally. Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
• Cancellation Policy: Reservation deposits for bookings cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival date will be returned. Deposits for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date cannot be returned. No refunds for partial stays.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking inside.
• Food: Restaurant on site.
• Languages Spoken: English, French, Swedish, and Italian.
• Special Inn Activities & Services: A Roof Terrace, a panoramic Terrace and a terraced Garden with extraordinary panoramic views are suitable for open air reception. Swimming Pool is open from Mid-May to Mid-October; pool hours are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Cooking classes, berry picking, tours with guide of the estate, Farm’s products tasting (DOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil, DOC Wines, Honey, Eggs, Vegetables), Massages, cultural, art and history tours, limousine for hire, helicopter for hire.
• Recreation & Activities: Guided visits to the farm and it's animal farming, berry picking, and mountain bikes available for use, free of charge, at the house. Cooking, and floral composition classes, along with Guided tours in the Umbrian Cities of Art are available if requested 20 days ahead.
• Attractions & Special Events: Lungarotti's Museum of Wine, and Wine tasting, and Cellar, Museum of "Perugina" (Chocolate Factory), Citta` Della Domenica (Umbria's little Disney land with its zoological gardens), Umbria Jazz, Festival dei Due Mondi in Spoleto, Todi Festival, Festival delle Nazioni (Città di Castello), Corsa dei Ceri (Gubbio), several truffle and mushroom fairs, theatre and cinema shows, medieval festivals and jousts.

• Locations: Le Torri di Bagnara lies just in the centre of Umbria and is easy to reach from the main roads cause in 4 km distance to the exit Resina of the E45 Freeway (Ravenna-Orte) that crosses Umbria from north to south and connects to the Highways A1 (Rome -Milan) and A14 (Bologna - Bari). Florence, Rome, Bologna, Siena, Ravenna and Rimini are within 2 hours by car distance. Rome Airports are within 2,5 hours drive.
