Egg and Bread Breakfast

Ingredients:

12 slices bread (diced or torn into small pieces)

One 1/4 pound shredded Colby and/or Swiss cheese

2 cups milk

6 eggs

Salt, pepper & paprika to taste

1 cup diced ham and/or green onions (optional)

1 stick butter

Mix bread and cheese together in a casserole dish (sprayed with cooking oil). Mix remaining ingredients (except butter) and pour over bread mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Melt 1 stick butter and pour over mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
