Spinach Quiche

Ingredients

1 package Stouffers Spinach Souffle

4 eggs, beaten plus 1 cup milk or 1 quart Quick Quiche

1 small can mushrooms (pieces and stems)

1/3 pound sausage, browned and crumbled

1/3 medium onion or equivalent of onion flakes

1 cup Swiss cheese, grated

1 cup Mozzarella cheese (1 package)

1/4 cup sour cream

One 9-inch pie shell

Brown sausage, mushrooms, and onion together in frying pan. Drain and add to the spinach and eggs in large mixing bowl. Add cheeses and pour into pie shell. (Lightly brown pie shell first in 350-degree oven for 5 minutes.) Bake quiche in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until center is firm.
