• Accommodations: 7 suites, each with private bath. Four suites have fireplaces, and 1 has a Jacuzzi. One room is handicapped accessible.
• Rates: Rates are per night, based on double occupancy. Additional children age 1 to 5 are $10.00 per night. Additional for persons age 6 and older are $20.00 per night. Rates do not include tax and gratuities and are subject to change without notice.

• Cancellation Policy: Because of our size, cancellation affects us significantly. Cancelled reservations, regardless of the reason, are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. • Directions: North from Champaign: Follow I-57 to Exit #261 at Paxton (Route 9). Exit the interstate and take Route 9 west (left). It is 2.7 miles to the TimberCreek entrance on the south (left) side of the highway.
  East from Bloomington: Follow Route 9 East of Bloomington through Gibson City towards Paxton. After traveling through the Route 115 intersection (stay on Route 9) and around a gentle curve, the TimberCreek entrance is on the south (right) side of the highway.
  South from Chicago: Follow I-57 south out of downtown Chicago to Exit #261 at Paxton (Route 9). Exit and take Route 9 west (right) 2.7 miles to the TimberCreek entrance on the south (left) side of the highway.
