We are delighted to share a few of our favorite recipes. Raising six children has presented culinary challenges over the years. Our kitchen table provided a center of spirited discussions, shared hopes and dreams, and, of course, daily servings of advice, counsel and love.

Ingredients

6 eggs

1/4 cup honey

1 Tablespoon cinnamon

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

16 slices bread (can use whole wheat bread or left over banana bread)

Using a whisk, beat eggs, milk, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth. Heat skillet over medium heat. Spray with non-stick spray. Dip bread in egg mixture and place on grill. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cook about 4 minutes or until golden brown. Can be held in an oven at 200 degrees.

Serves: 8
