• Accommodations: Five guestrooms each with private bath, some with a fireplace and / or Jacuzzi tub. Two suites has a kitchenette. All rooms have Free WiFi Internet access, free breakfast, free parking. Rooms feature hand pressed sheets, deluxe robes, slippers, blow dryer, CD players, Cable TV/DVD, ironing board and iron, full length mirror, and Aveda bath products.
• Rates: Rates are $185.00 - $250.00 based on single / double occupancy. Rates shown do not include the 10% sales and lodging tax. Two rooms can accommodation 3 persons - Add $35.00 per night for 3rd person. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: A deposit of the first night or more on longer stays is usually taken. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards, Cash, Personal and Travelers Checks are accepted.
• Minimum Stays 2 night minimum stay most of the year for a Saturday night booking. Require a 3 night booking for holiday weekends. One-night reservations accepted Sunday through Thursday. For one night weekend stays with upcharge, please call Beth.
• Check-in: after 2:00 or 3:00 pm Check-out: 12:00 noon.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date. A fee of $35.00 applies to all cancellations and changes. For holiday and special events cancellations must be made 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellation made with less notice will result in a charge for the full reservation unless we can re-book your room.
• Restrictions: No smoking. No pets. Children 12 and older are welcome - we do make occasional exceptions so feel free to call.
• Breakfast: Fresh baked goods, and hot cooked breakfast.

Alfred Caldwell Lily Pool, Armitage-Halsted District, Lincoln Park Zoo, Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum, Victory Gardens Theater, and Wrigley Field - Home of the Chicago Cubs. Lake Michigan beaches, boating, and fishing.
• Location: 8 miles from Chicago. Walk 2-1/2 blocks to "L" (Elevated Train) and Metro Trains for superb access to downtown Chicago, O’Hare Airport (10 miles) and Midway Airport (9.64 miles).
