• Accommodations: Private suite with one or two bedrooms (1 with queen bed and 1 with full bed), sitting room, kitchen and bath with steam shower. Amenities include central air TV/DVD/VCR, laundry facilities, and parking.

• Rates: $125.00 to $300.00 per night depending on number of guests, length of stay and time of year. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Minimum Stays Required
• Check-in: by appointment Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. or by arrangement.
• Payment: A non-refundable deposit equal to one night's stay is required to hold a reservation. Checks and credit cards accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date. In the event of a cancellation, the balance will be refunded to the extent that the suite can be rebooked.
• Restrictions: Not recommended for children. No pets. No smoking.
• Breakfast: The full kitchen with a selection of breakfast items provided.
• Attractions & Special Events: Alfred Caldwell Lily Pool, Armitage-Halsted District, Chicago Historical Society, Lincoln Park Zoo, Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum, Victory Gardens Theater, and Wrigley Field - Home of the Chicago Cubs.
• Directions: City Scene is on the northeast corner of Clifton and Dickens at 2101 North Clifton Avenue.
  By car: From 90/94: Exit east at Fullerton about one mile to Clifton then south three blocks to Dickens.
  From Lake Shore Drive: Exit west at Fullerton about one mile to Clifton then three blocks south to Dickens.
  By rapid transit: Take the Brown Line to Armitage, walk west three and a half blocks to Clifton then one block north to Dickens or Take the Red Line to Fullerton, walk three and a half blocks west to Clifton then three blocks south to Dickens.
