Company Ham
- Ingredients
- One 20-pound ham from butcher (deboned, rolled, and tied)
- Ingredients for Peach Sauce
- One 10-ounce jar of peach chunks with juice
- Dash of brandy extract
- Dash of cloves
- 1 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- Dash of cayenne pepper
Boil ham three hours in water.
Peach Sauce: Heat sauce ingredients on stove and boil to 3/4 of the original liquid to thicken sauce. The sauce can be made ahead and heated just before serving. Serve on the side with Company Ham.
Serves: 10 to 15.
