• Accommodations: 6 guest suites, each with private bath, refrigerator, microwave, and plush robes. Two rooms have 2-person whirlpool tubs, and 1 room has a fireplace. Guest house has bedroom, private bath, fully equipped kitchen, and living room for longer term stays. Linens, bedding, dishes and utensils included.
• Rates: $100.00 to $150.00 per night. Rates do not include tax and are subject to change without notice.
• Open: All year.

  Minimum stay is 2 nights graduation and football weekends.

• Payment: Deposit is one night's stay. Visa, MasterCard, and checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for full refund of deposit, less $25.00 cancellation fee. No cancellations or refunds for football weekends, graduation, festivals, or discounted stays.
• Check-in: 4:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking inside. Social drinking ok.
• Breakfast: Full.
• Recreation & Activities: Hiking, sight-seeing, shopping, and dining.
• Attractions & Special Events: University of Iowa, Coralville Dam and Recreation Area, near Amana Colonies, Kalona Amish Country, Devonian Fossil Site, Iowa City Jazz Festival, Art Festival, and Shakespeare Theatre.

• Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: The Alchemist's Guild - local glass blowing artist and unique gallery space.
• Directions: From I-80 take Exit 244 south (Dubuque Street) approximately 2 miles. At the T intersection of Dubuque Street and Washington Street, you will only be able to turn left (east). Drive 3-1/2 blocks (just past the city parking ramp) to the first block of residential houses. We are the 3rd house (middle house) in the block on the right side (south side). Turn right onto the brick patio driveway and come up to the front porch.
