flows are often seen at ocean side.
Beach lovers can find great sun and fun at
Hapuna Beach State Park or several other neighboring beaches.
A little closer by, but accessible only with four-wheel drive,
is the beautiful black sand beach of Waipio Valley.
Akaka Falls is the highest accessible
waterfall on the island, and has a circle walkway tour that
takes you past two waterfalls and through a gorgeous landscape
of tropical plants. |
