All accommodations include private secure entrances, private full baths with complete amenities, hair dryers, bath robes, irons and ironing board, Cable TV/VCR/DVD, refrigerator, mini-bar, daily housekeeping, in-room coffee/tea service, flashlights, heat, dehumidifiers and welcome chocolates. Non-hosted vacation rentals are also available.

• Check-In: 3:00 p.m. Check-Out 11:00 a.m. A late check-out of 12:00 p.m. may be arranged without a fee by notifying the office in advance.
• Payment: All reservations are confirmed with a deposit equal to the nightly accommodation rate payable by a major credit card. All changes will incur a $20.00 service fee.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations prior to 72 hours of 3:00 p.m. on the arrival date will be charged a one night stay. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours of 3:00 p.m. on the arrival date will be charged a $25 processing fee plus a one night stay. Failure to provide proper notice will possibly incur additional charges. NO SHOWS will be charged the entire amount of stay without exceptions.
• Restrictions: No smoking.
• Breakfast: Continental Buffet Breakfast from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
• Special Events at Inn: Art gallery on site.

• Attractions & Special Events: Kilauea, Adventure Tours, Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, Volcano Ranch, Hawaii Isle Golf, Mauna Kea Observatory, Helicopter Flights, Waterfalls and Botanical Gardens.
• Directions: From Hilo: Travel from Hilo on Highway #11 to Volcano; 45 minutes driving time. After the 26 mile marker turn right onto Pearl Avenue and proceed a short distance to the stop sign and then turn right onto Old Volcano Road and proceed to the dead end. Our address is 19-3820 Old Volcano Road. Turn left when you see the large stone pillars with the signs indicating Aloha Place- Inn of Volcano.
  From Kona: Travel from Kona on Highway #11 to Volcano; 3-4 hours driving time. After the 27 mile marker turn left onto Pearl Avenue and proceed a short distance to the stop sign and then turn right onto Old Volcano Road and proceed to the dead end. Our address is 19-3820 Old Volcano Road. Turn left when you see the large stone pillars with the signs indicating Volcano Inn. Aloha Place- Inn of Volcano.
