• Minimum stay: 3 nights is required unless there is shorter stay availability.

• Payment: Deposit is 50% at time of booking, with the balance paid no less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. If scheduled arrival is less then 30 days from time of booking, 100% of payment is required as deposit. Visa and MasterCard, American Express are accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date for return of deposit. Reservation deposits (or a portion of) for bookings cancelled less than 60 days but more than 30 days will be returned ONLY if we are able to rebook the same room for part or all of the same time period. Deposits/balances for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to your arrival date cannot be returned. There is a $25.00 processing fee for any cancellations or changes to your reservation.
• Restrictions: No pets. Smoking allowed in designated areas. Drinking of alcoholic beverages allowed in moderation. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per room; children may be accommodated with prior written consent. We ask that you be considerate of other guests and respectful of the property.
• Breakfast: Continental - Monday through Saturday.
• Recreation & Activities: Snorkeling, whale watching, diving, swimming, surfing, parasailing, golf, tennis, deep sea fishing, cave exploration, and dinner sails.
• Attractions & Special Events: Luau, Magic Theatre, Ulalena Show, Halloween (Mardi Gras of the Pacific), Haleakala (world's largest dormant volcano), Hana falls/pools, rainforest, Banyan tree, Aquarium, and many festivals.
