One of the few bed and breakfast lodging accommodations on the west side of Kauai, this 12-acre estate is located on the Robinson Family Ranch. The house is surrounded by pristine ranch lands untouched by the modern world and filled with tropical fruit trees. Numerous century-old monkeypod trees that provide shade and beauty.

This brand-new home has a private 565-square-foot guest room that features a king-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, living room area, and a connecting spacious full bath. The bathroom has a cast iron tub/shower with hand-painted tiles of tropical fish. The main room features ceiling fans and enormous windows to enjoy the incredible garden views of this fabulous estate. If you prefer, an air conditioning unit is built in and will keep you chilly. To help you feel more at home, a Cable TV, VCR with a variety of tapes, telephone, stereo and Wireless Internet are included, as are laundry facilities.

Enter through a private patio where you can enjoy the Hawaiian sunsets while sipping your favorite drink. The patio has a glass table with chairs to enjoy an outdoor meal (a grill is available if you prefer to cook outdoors). A private hot tub is available for additional relaxation. If in season, mango, bananas, papayas, avocado, lychee, oranges, limes, and tangerines are available for snacking. Feel free to enjoy a meal at the picnic bench under a monkeypod tree.

Coco's is within walking distance of the famous Pakala surfing beach and a short drive from expansive Kekaha Beach and Polihale Beach, which has a 10-mile-long white-sand beach and clear blue waters. Your hosts will supply beach gear, including towels, beach chairs, mask, fin, snorkel, and cooler. Watch world-class sunsets with a backdrop of Niihau and Lehua islands, observe migrating whales in the winter, or take a summer boat tour to Na Pali.
