Bed and Breakfast & Vacation Rental

• Accommodations B&B: 2 guest rooms, each with private bath, private entrance from the guest lanai, TV, VCR, microwave, and refrigerator.
  Accommodations Vacation Rental: 5 bedrooms and 5 baths; sleeps 10. Can sleep 14 to 18 with neighboring bed and breakfast. Also very large lanai, spacious great room, and full kitchen.
• Rates B&B: $115.00 per room, per night. For stays of less than 3 nights, a $20.00 cleaning charge is added.
  Rates: Vacation Rental: $2,300.00 per week (will pro-rate for stays of less or more than 1 week). Rates subject to change without notice
• Open: All year.

• Minimum stay for B&B: is 3 nights (for stays of less than 3 nights, add a one-time $20.00 fee).
  Minimum stay for Vacation Rental: 7 days.

• Check-in: after 4:00 p.m. Check-out: before 12:00 noon.
• Payment for B&B: Deposit of one night's stay is due within 7 days of booking to confirm and guarantee your reservation. Balance due upon arrival. Visa and MasterCard accepted.
  For Vacation Rental: $300.00 deposit due at time of booking. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellation Policy for B&B: Cancellation notice must be received more than 30 days for B&B prior to your scheduled arrival date to ensure refund of deposit, less a service fee of $25.00. Since we are a very small facility, cancellations made within 30 days of scheduled arrival will only be refunded subject to rebooking. No shows will be charged for full amount of reservation.
  Cancellation policy for Vacation Rental: Cancellation notice must be received more than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date for deposit refund, less a $100.00 service fee. Less than 60 days notice will forfeit deposit and balance unless rebooked.
• Restrictions: No pets (two very friendly dogs and cats on premises). No smoking inside. B&B is not suitable for children. Vacation Rentals is Not suitable for children under 12 (unless they are good swimmers).
• Breakfast: Fresh full/continental breakfast served on guest lanai.
• Recommended Local Foods and Markets: Farmers' markets, fish market in Hanalei, and fresh steak at food mart in Princeville.
• Recreation & Activities: Swimming pool on site. Beaches, golf, hiking, horseback riding, kayaking, surfing, and snorkeling nearby.
• Attractions & Special Events: Gorgeous beaches, mountains, and flowers. Also Kilauea Lighthouse, Hanalei River, helicopter tours of Na Pali coast, Botanical Gardens, Kapaa, Hanalei, and Princeville.
• Recommended Local Restaurants: Postcards - Hanalei, Lighthouse Bistro - Kilauea, and Coconuts - Kapaa.
• Directions: When you leave the airport, go right on Hwy. 51 (Kuhio Highway), which will take you through the picturesque town of Kapaa, and continue past Anahola until you reach "mile marker" 19. The intersection just beyond is Kapuna Road. Turn left and travel approximately 1/4 mile to the sign "Hale Luana", 4680 Kapuna Road on the post, and turn right onto the coral road, which will go down into a swale and then up the other side to the house (it helps to put the car in low gear). Park to the right of the house in the designated parking spaces facing the pool.
