Banana Bread

Ingredients

1 stick butter

1-1/3 cups sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

3/4 teaspoon salt

3 ripe bananas

1 cup sour cream

1 cup nuts

Cream butter and add sugar, a little at a time. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla, bananas (mashed), and sour cream; mix well. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; mix well. Add nuts. Mix all together and pour into a lightly greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hour until done.

Makes: 1 loaf
