  The entire house is available for larger groups. It will sleep up to 14 guests, 6 in 3 queen beds and the rest on new sleeper sofas. It is 2,600 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms (2 with separate sitting areas), 4 full baths, and two huge oceanview lanais. There is a fully equipped, tiled kitchen with new appliances and lots of off-street parking. The rate for 8 people is $350.00 per night plus tax, with each additional guest $10.00 per night extra.

• Minimum stay is 2 nights. One night stays are accepted at the host's discretion subject to a $25.00 cleaning fee.

• Payment: A 1-night minimum deposit or 50% of total reservation, whichever is greater. Balance due upon arrival. Visa and MasterCard accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received in writing at least 6 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit minus a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellation received less than the required 6 weeks may be refunded only if the room is re-rented for time of reservation.
• Check-in: after 3:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking inside. Children welcome.
• Breakfast: Complementary continental breakfast goodies supplied in your kitchen on the first day only.

• Location: 7 miles north of downtown Kailua at a comfortable 1,600 foot elevation.
  From the Kona International Airport at Keahole: 10 minutes from the airport. Exit the Airport to Highway 19 (Queen Kaahumanu Highway) and turn right towards Kailua. The first traffic light you come to (in about a half a mile) is Kaiminani Dr. Turn left and go 3.7 miles all the way uphill to the end and turn left on Highway 190 (also known as Mamalahoa Highway). In about 1.4 miles, take the first left after the 32-mile marker (just past Makalei Drive). This is Puukala Road. Go downhill and bear right at fork (do not turn right on side road). We are the third driveway on the right after the fork-number 72-1071
