• Accommodations: 1-bedroom retreat with private entrance, queen bedroom, living area with full-size futon, full kitchen, bathroom, and private lanai with incredible sunrise views.
• Rates: From $90.00 to $120.00 per night (maximum 4 guests). 10% discount for stays of 7 days or more. Rates do not include 11.41% State Excise and Room Tax. Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Open: All year.

• Payment: A 2-night deposit within two weeks of arrival date will reserve and confirm your stay. Balance due upon arrival by cash, traveler's check, or money order. Sorry, no credit cards accepted at this time.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit. 50% of your deposit will be retained and is non-refundable if cancellation is received within 72 hours of the first night of your reservation.
• Check-in: after 3:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking inside. In Hawaii, it is customary to remove your shoes before entering any home, and we kindly ask that you partake in this custom.
• Breakfast: Complementary continental fare is supplied in your kitchen.
• Recreation & Activities: Golf, horseback riding, deep-sea fishing, parasailing, touring by helicopter, snorkeling, scuba diving, and world-class hiking nearby.
• Nearest Airport: Keahole (Kailua-Kona) International Airport is about an hour (40 miles) away.
  Hilo International Airport is about 1 hour 15 minutes (54 miles) away. Highest speed limit on the island is 55 MPH.
