• Accommodations: 2 large standard guestrooms and 2 large suites with gas operated fireplaces, extra large private bathrooms with jetted tubs, entertainment centers with cable TV and DVD, phones, and Internet access.
• Rates: $110.00 to $185.00 per night. Extra adult charges (for 3 or more adults) are $15.00 per person in a standard room and $20.00 per person in a suite. 12% tax not included in rate. 10% discount available on lodging when attending specified local events. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Minimum stay: During holidays and the Masters golf tournament all Saturday night reservations must include a Friday or Sunday night.

• Check-in: 2:00 p.m. Please contact inn to arrange late arrivals. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Payment: One night's deposit or a credit card number is necessary with your reservation. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival date for weekday stays (Sunday-Thursday). Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date for weekend stays. If you fail to cancel according to the reservation policy, one nights booking will be charged to your credit card. All cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of $25.00.
• Restrictions: Children are welcomed. No pets allowed (local boarding is available). No smoking indoors.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast.
• Lunch and/or Dinner: Private dinner by request. 24-hour complementary bar with soft drinks and snacks.
