• Accommodations: 16 elegant guest quarters, each one including a fireplace, private bath, monogram robes, and elegant furnishings. All B&B rooms are accessible by elevator. Some suites have private balconies, hospitality suites have loft bedrooms and street level wheelchair accessible lodging. Some rooms have a pull-out sofabed. Complimentary on-site parking.

• Rates: $209.00 to $300.00 per night based on single / double occupancy. Extra person in room is an additional $25.00 per night. Specialpackages, Business, AAA & AARP discounts available. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: The hotel will pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival and charge the first night’s lodging to secure the reservation. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card are accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received at least 7 day prior to scheduled arrival date will be charged a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date will be charged for the full reservation. For full house, holiday and wedding reservations the staff will advise regarding restrictions and charges for reservations. There are no restrictions or penalties for weekday business travel reservations.
• Check-in: 3:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: No pets. Smoking allowed only in designated areas. No candles. Children 12 and over are welcome. When the full inn is booked for special events, such as weddings, family reunions, etc., children of all ages may be included
• Breakfast: Southern breakfast menu served daily from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m.
• Special Inn Events and Services: Weddings, business meetings, and conferences.
• Recreation & Activities: Carriage, trolley, and walking tours of the Historic District and Low Country. Scenic and wildlife boat tours. Tennis, golf, and spas in town or can be arranged at exclusive, private, historic plantation along with nature walks, kayaking, and fishing. Savannah National Wildlife Refuge. Day trips to the coast. Tybee Island Beach is within 30 minutes.
• Attractions & Special Events: Many historic buildings and museums throughout the historic district, six live theaters, Savannah Symphony, Forsyth Park, 22 landscaped Historic Squares, City Market, and Riverwalk with outstanding art galleries, shops, and dining.
• Directions: Interstate I-95 NORTH/SOUTH to I-16 EAST to Savannah. Take Montgomery Street Exit. Turn Right on Montgomery Street. Turn Right on Liberty Street. Turn Left on Abercorn Street. Turn Right on York Street. Within a few feet is the Presidents' Quarters Inn's private parking. Turn left into the parking lot (before reaching Lincoln Street).
