• Accommodations: 2 large suites, each with private bath, fireplace, and private entrance. Both suites are on the ground floor. One suite has a full kitchen. Connecting doors between the two suites can be opened up to accommodate up to 7 guests.
• Rates: Rates shown are based on single or double occupancy and do not include 12% tax.. Additional person in room is $30.00 per night. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: A 50% deposit, payable by check, is required. Cash, traveler's checks, or personal checks accepted. No credit cards are accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date for full refund of deposit.
• Restrictions: Smoking is not permitted. Dogs are allowed in the Garden Suite (require a $50.00 one-time, non-refundable pet fee).

• Directions: Coming from I-16, exit onto Montgomery Street. Turn Right at light onto Liberty Street. Go three blocks and turn right at light onto Whitaker Street. Go three blocks and turn left onto Jones Street. Joans on Jones will be on your right.
