• Open: All year.

• Minimum stay: varies by season. Fall season has a 2-night minimum on weekends. Holidays and special events have a 2-night minimum stay.

• Payment: 50% deposit or one night's stay whichever is greater. Visa, MasterCard, and cash accepted for payment.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 calendar days during the regular season (14 calendar days during the fall season, holidays, and special events) prior to scheduled arrival date for deposit refund. There is a $25.00 processing fee for cancellations made prior to 7 or 14 days respectively.
• Restrictions: No pets. Children over 12 are welcome. Restricted smoking-on deck and porch. Social drinking is allowed.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast served at 9:00 a.m. One seating.
• Lunch and Dinner: Catered by prior arrangement request for groups.
• Recommended Favorite Recipes: Appalachian Trail Bran Muffins, ... "Sleep in" Cheese Muffins, ... Country Casserole, ... Breakfast Frittata, ... Orange Oven French Toast, and Marinated Cheese.
• Special Events at Inn: Receptions, family reunions, conferences, small business meetings, and corporate retreats. Couples weekends and church groups.
• Recreation & Activities: Golf, fishing, horseback riding, canoeing, tubing, and rafting are all within 20 to 30 minutes.
• Attractions & Special Events: Amicalola Falls (highest falls east of the Rockies), Appalachian Trail, Wildflower Festival (3rd weekend in May), Bear in the Square Festival (3rd weekend in April), and Gold Rush Festival (3rd weekend in October).
