• Accommodations: 2 studios, 6 two-bedroom cottages, and 2 new one-bedroom cottages. The main inn offers 7 studio guest room and 3 one-bedroom suites. All cottages have full kitchens. All units have private hot tubs. See room and amenities.

• Payment: Deposit is 50% of total. Most major credit cards and personal checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Off season: non-refundable deposit. In season: Cancellation notice must be received at least 60 days prior to scheduled arrival for refund of deposit, minus a $150.00 fee.
• Restrictions: Pets welcome in cottages: 10% fee. Children welcome. Smoking outside units only.
• Breakfast: None. There are coffee bars and full kitchens in the units, however.
• Special Events at Inn: Accept bookings for small weddings and honeymoons. Family reunions, retreats, and stress-reduction rooms available.
• Recreation & Activities: Fishing off the resort's private dock (redfish, sea trout, snook, and tarpon), rowboating, kayaking, canoeing, fishing poles, and bicycles all included. Dolphins and manatees swimming by. Boat rentals or deep-sea fishing trips, sunset cruises, parasailing, and jet skis are available nearby.
• Attractions & Special Events: Siesta Key Beach - World's "whitest sand beach", St. Armand's Circle, and Ringling Museum.

• Directions: From I-75: Take exit 205 (Route 72). Take a right turn at exit and go west 5 miles, over the bridge onto Siesta Key (Stickney Point Bridge). Turn left at light onto Midnight Pass Road. Drive 3 miles south (very residential). The resort is on the left side, 9049 Midnight Pass Road, just short of the end of Siesta Key.
  From Sarasota Airport: Go south on US 41 for 15 miles to Stickney Point Road. Turn right. Go over the bridge to Siesta Key. Turn left at light. Go 3 miles south to 9049. Midnight Pass Road on the left side.
