• Rates: $60.00 to $120.00 per night. 2-hour forest horse rides at $50.00 per horse. Rates are per room/per night and do not reflect taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice. Children under 18 stay free. Young adults over 18 need a separate room. Rates include full breakfast buffet.

Payment: With authorization of 1 night's charges by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover, your room will be held until your arrival. Cancellation Policy: To cancel, make a direct speech, no voice mail, call at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled day of arrival to avoid a full charge for the room(s) booked (1 week's notice required for legal holiday weekends) . Check-in: usually after 3:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Restrictions: We regret that, for health and sanitation reasons, we are unable to permit pets in any of our guests rooms (we have 4 outdoor cats). Smoking permitted in open outdoor areas only. Children must be in 1st grade or older. Breakfast: Full buffet (all you care to eat). Special Events at Inn: Small conferences, family reunions, outdoor weddings (with or without horses), funerals (Fla. National Cemetery within 1 mile), small retreat groups, and couples' retreats. See business specials and group packages. Recreation & Activities: Horseback trail riding, swimming, canoeing, hiking, biking, games, and videos.

• Attractions & Special Events: Webster Flea Market (Mondays) - over 5,000 merchants. Dade Battlefield Reenactment: 1835, U.S. troops vs. Seminole Indians last week of December, Museum open year round.
• Recommended Local Restaurants: Papa Joe's - S.R. 50 & Spring Lake Rd. (352) 799-3904 and Cracker Barrel - I-75 & S.R. 50. Map of other choices given to guests.
• Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: Victoria's Steak and Italian. Country band in the lounge Thursday through Saturday.
• Directions: I-75 Exit 309 to C.R. 476B. From the center of I-75 overpass, go 2 miles west to C.R. 631C and turn right at the sign for Cypress House Ranch. Our entrance lane is 9/10 mile long. Follow the Cypress House signs posted along the way. Reflective markers are in place should you arrive after dark. Cypress House is near the Florida National Cemetery.
• Equine Zero Liability Statute: Effective October 1, 1993. Under Florida law, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for injury to, or the death of, a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risk of equine activities. We require that guest riders show proof of medical insurance and sign a liability release form acknowledging awareness of the Florida Zero Equine Liability Law. Please bring bike helmets for children.
