The two elegant accommodations at Equus Meadow Inn are the
estates private cottage-suite, the Carriage House Cottage,
with its complete privacy and views of the courtyard, main
house and stables or the unique two story accommodation in the
main house, the Meadowlook Private Quarters, with it's
own private balcony entrance and view of Equus Meadow Pond.
Your hosts intentionally limited their amount of
accommodations to be able to give outstanding personal service
to their guests. Guest pampering (never pestering) and
attention to the individual details of guests tastes is a
standard. You'll feel you stepped back in time to when life
was simple, yet elegant as you experience the pleasures which
you'll find, such as private candlelight breakfasts tailored
to suit your individual tastes; pillowtop king size and queen
size beds, fresh cut flowers, tasty snacks and soft drinks
supplied in your personal cupboards and refrigerators.
And then there are the amenities... on-premises private
horseback riding in the lovely grounds surrounding the
spring-fed pond; choose from an assortment of bicycles for
bicycling and leisure strolls over the bridge along the paved
park trail next door; relaxing moments spent under the tin
roof of the lovely wooden dock on their pond or your own
second floor balcony; meet all of the very friendly farm
animals and birds, see colorful butterflies visiting the
fragrant flower and vegetable gardens; or spend quiet time in
the porch swing. So much to do on the property that you may
forget that you are only minutes away from the beautiful

Private
Horseback Rides: Equus Meadow is different from other
riding stables because they only take you and the other
persons in your party (private rides). So you can ride at your
own experience level (trotting and cantering allowed if you
care to). If you've never ridden a horse before, this is the
place for you also, because each rider is given personal
attention and guidance, if you need it.
