Lakeside Inn, the heart of Central
Florida's Mount Dora, is an old Florida hotel masterpiece
where you can enjoy old world splendor while relaxing with
all the modern resort amenities from generously appointed
guest rooms, to onsite spa and pool and fine dining
restaurants.
.The Inn's cluster of five buildings are
grand in the quaint Old Florida style, built to last centuries
and garnished with gables, balconies, porches and fanciful
Victorian flourishes. The estate is graced with stately oak
trees dripping with Spanish moss and an expanse of green that
sweeps down to an Olympic-sized swimming pool and sparkling
Lake Dora. Many rooms and suites feature picture postcard
views of the lake, dotted with sailboats, antique vessels, and
beautiful sunsets.
Lakeside Inn offers 85 guest rooms and
suites, many with spectacular views of Lake Dora.
With its crescent of French windows looking
out onto resort gardens, Beauclaire restaurant

breakfast, lunch and dinner daily with Southern warmth and
hospitality. The Orlando Sentinel called our Sunday
brunch the "Most Pleasant Dining Experience of the Year."

excels at contemporary American cuisine with a Dixie accent.
Tremain's Lounge has a Gatsby air about it, where
laughter and drinks chime and live jazz entertains each
weekend. Here's where resort guests and Mount Dorians mingle
for informal dining and good times. During the day, have your
favorite beverage sunny side up at the Lakeside Inn Pool Bar.
Mount Dora is known for its quaint antique
shops and historic architecture. The History Trolley Tour
conveniently departs from Lakeside Inn for tours. Museums and
lakeside nature parks provide a sense of history and natural
beauty. Lakeside Inn guests enjoy golf privileges at many
fine nearby golf courses, all within a 15-mile radius.

fish. Catch them from the inn's boat dock or rent a canoe or
pontoon boat for fishing or for pleasure. Guests who bring
their own boats can dock free at the hotel's slips. Eco-tour
boats depart from the dock for wildlife adventures on Chain of
Lakes. |
