Boca Grande - Grande and very elegant, this room is furnished with beautiful mahogany antiques including a four-poster queen-size bed, sofa, and a table and chairs for your comfort.

Cayo Hueso - This lovely upstairs room is decorated with simple pine antiques, a queen bed and has access to our upstairs side porch. View looks down over the tropical pool area.

Heritage - Charming and quaint, the Heritage room is located upstairs in the main house. This room has a queen bed, pecan antique furnishings and windows overlooking the pool. Room has a private bath but it is detached and located across the hall. May also access the upstairs side porch.

Caribbean - Bright and tropical is the decor for this Conch House room, located on the lower level of the poolside cottage. Room has white wicker furnishings, queen bed and a private patio.

Casa Cabana - Our cozy cabana steps right off onto our pool deck, has a full-size bed, Mexican tiled floors and white wicker furnishings that just perfectly complement this little bungalow.

With a private balcony overlooking the pool, the Marquesa is the upstairs room of our poolside cottage. Furnished with white wicker, tile floors, a queen bed and cathedral ceiling, this tropical room is very private and simply charming.

Hemingway - Located in the Delaney cottage, a shotgun style house reflecting Key West's rich architectural heritage, includes a queen size bed with gorgeous antique décor. The travertine and marble bathroom has a vanity with two sinks and includes an enormous walk-in shower with six shower heads and body sprays. The original Dade county pine wood floors have been completely restored.

Frangipani - Bright and airy and featuring island style hand-painted furnishings by local artists and a queen size bed with a picket fence headboard. Located in the Delaney cottage, it has open beam vaulted ceilings and original wood floors. The extremely large bathroom features a two sink vanity and a Jacuzzi bath tub (standard size). There are French doors leading to the side porch under the frangipani tree.
