• Accommodations: 10 guestrooms with king, queen, or twin beds, each with private bath all with showers, some with combination baths, and some with Jacuzzi. Two rooms have a fireplace. High Speed Internet Access - WiFi.
• Rates: $110.00 to $220.00 per night, double occupancy. Occupancy is limited to 2 people per room. Additional person (room size permitting) is $30.00 per night. All rates are subject to a 13% state/bed tax. The 7% state sales tax plus 6% bed tax is placed on all hotel rooms in Duval County. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Check-in: 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. For late arrivals, please call for instructions on the procedure for arrival after 9:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Early check-in and check-out is available by prior arrangement only. Each is subject to an additional $25.00.
• Payment: To confirm your reservations, a deposit equal to a minimum of one night's room rate, or 50% of the entire stay's rate, is due when booking the reservation. A credit card is recommended. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Minimum cancellation notice varies depending on number of nights/rooms reserved. 1 reserved night requires 48 hours, 2 to 6 reserved nights requires 7 days, and 7 reserved nights or more requires 14 days notice prior to scheduled arrival date. Group reservations for four rooms or more requires 30 days notice and for whole inn 40 days. A cancellation number will be given to insure proper return of the deposit. If the cancellation does not meet guidelines, the deposit will be retained. Please note a multiple room reservation is added together for the total of "reserved nights." For early checkout, you are responsible for the entire reservation and will charged as such if the remainder of the reservation can not be rebooked.
• Restrictions: No smoking. Pets under 20 pounds permitted. Pets can not be left in the room alone nor unsupervised in the public areas of the Inn. Children age 12 and older.
• Dining: The Riverdale Inn Restaurant is open Monday through Saturday for our lodging guests with prior (minimum 2 hour notice) reservations from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm. The guest staying at the Inn may invite their own guests, Just let us know so we may accommodate your friends.
  Afternoon tea is from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Friday and Saturday for both our lodging guests and the public with reservations. Large parties may be accommodated on other days then Friday or Saturday. Please contact the innkeepers for additional information.
  The Gum Bunch Pub (full liquor) hours of operation is the same as the restaurant for our lodging guests only.
• Special Events at Inn: Weddings and corporate events. Receptions and corporate events on site can accommodate up to 50 people. Chef Eric Waln and the on-site wedding coordinator will be pleased to meet with you to plan and discuss your perfect wedding.

• Directions: Due to construction activity at the interchange of I-95 and I-10, Internet mapping may not give correct directions. On I-95 South (heading South), exit at the Union Street exit (left) onto Union then two blocks and turn right onto Jefferson Street. Follow signs to Riverside Avenue and stay on Riverside Avenue (1/2 mile) until you pass Lomax Street. We are on the left hand side of Riverside Avenue. On I-10 East, exit at the Stockton Street exit and go east (left) onto Stockton. Take Stockton Street (east) to Riverside Avenue (1 mile) then left on Riverside. Follow Riverside Avenue until you pass Lancaster Street, we are on the right. On I-95 North (heading North), take first exit (Park) after you cross the St. Johns River. Go left at the light at the bottom of the ramp, left at second light, then right on Riverside Avenue in about four blocks. We are on the left about two blocks.
