• Accommodations: 6 suites, each with private bath (individual shower and tub), private inside sitting area, private balcony or patio, and TV/VCR/CD player. 2 suites located in separate cottages with private entrances.
• Rates: Rates are per night and are based on double occupancy. There is an additional charge of $15.00 for each additional person. Rollaway beds are available for selected suites at a charge of $15.00/night. Holidays and special events will be billed at weekend prices. Rates do not include 7% Florida sales tax and 4% county bed tax and are subject to change without notice.

• Restrictions: Small dogs allowed in cottages with prior arrangement. Supervised children welcome. No smoking inside the Manor or cottages.
• Breakfast: Full, served at 8:30 a.m. Outside guests are welcome to join you for breakfast at $10.00/person, with reservations.
• Lunch/Dinner: Available if prior arrangements are made with Innkeeper.

Turn left at 58th Street South heading south until you reach the stop sign just before the water. Turn left on Shore Blvd. South. Look for the red-shingled roof on the left. You've arrived!
