• Payment: Deposit is 50% on all reserved items (Villa, Spa, and add-ons) - 100% on 1 night reservations, and rescheduled reservations. Balance due on morning of your expected arrival. Visa and MasterCard accepted (no checks, please). A 20% gratuity is automatically added to all Spa services and Saturday night dinners.
• Cancellation Policy: Written cancellation notice must be received by I.C. Management at least 10 days prior to scheduled arrival for deposit refund, less a $35 cancellation fee. Less than 10 days, Fee is 25% of reservation total. Same day cancellation fee is 40% of total. No shows - due in full and non-refundable. Sorry, we do not give refunds for early departures or late arrivals.
• Check-in: by appointment after 3:30 p.m. Please give us your 1-hour arrival window when reserving so we can arrange to greet you and give you keys. Sorry, but early check-ins before 3:30 p.m. are not available
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. Children age 15 and older welcomed.
• Breakfast: Delightful hot gourmet breakfast buffet served every morning.
• Restaurant: Fine dining restaurant on premises by advance reservation available Saturday nights only.

• Directions: From I-95: Take Exit 284 "Rt 100/Flagler Beach- Bunnell". Go east on 100 for 3 miles to ocean. Turn right on A1A (S. Oceanshore Blvd.) and go 2 miles. Island Cottage is on the right, just past S. 23rd. St. Look for the white picket fence and sea-green metal roof.. Drive into parking lot and ring the bell on pool wall by the gate. It often takes us a minute to get to the door. Please be patient. If you pass our building, go around the block and come to the front again as there is no way to reach us from the back.
