The Night Swan Bed and Breakfast, in the Historic District of New Smyrna Beach, Florida, overlooks the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway.

This spacious three-story home has kept its character and charm of 1906 with central fireplace, antique baby grand piano, and intricate, natural wood in every room.

The Night Swan has fifteen rooms and a Meeting Room, including four suites that overlook the Indian River. Each lodging accommodation has its own private bath, and seven have private whirlpool tubs and showers. Three have private entrances, and kitchenettes. One suite is wheelchair accessible, and wireless Internet access is available.

Full breakfast is served in the dining room, or guests can enjoy a continental breakfast delivered to their room, porch, or dock. Low cholesterol is the Inn's specialty.

The Inn is located between Daytona Beach and Kennedy Space Center, on the west side of the Indian River, only four miles east of I-95. Surf, swim, fish drive, or bicycle along the famous beach, which is only 2 miles away. Look just north of marker #42 for the dock if traveling by Intracoastal Waterway. Free small boat dockage for bed and breakfast guests. The Inn provides shuttle service to and from the New Smyrna Beach Airport and marina.
