• Payment: Deposit of 20% is due at time of making reservation. Balance is due at check-in. Major credit cards are accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date for full refund. Cancellations received after 24 hours of booking will be charged a $25.00 administrative fee.
• Restrictions: Children are welcome. Pets are welcome (for an additional $15.00 per night on your room rate).

• Attractions & Special Events: Cocoa Beach is closest beach to Disney World. Atlantic Ocean, Brevard Zoo, Astronaut Hall of Fame, 20 minutes to Kennedy Space Center (with great IMAX movies), Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Disney Word, cruise ships, an Olympic-sized swimming, a 27-hole golf course, miniature golf, 10 lighted tennis courts, and the varied restaurants in Port Canaveral.

• Directions: From the Airport: Take the Beeline (Highway 528) from the airport to the beach, then continue south on A1A. You'll see Ron Jon Surf Shop as you pass SR 520. Inn is 5 miles further south on the ocean side.
  Northbound I-95: At Melbourne Exit #71, turn right (east) onto SR 192 and continue east to A1A on the beach. Turn left (north) on A1A and continue through Patrick Air Force Base. Inn is 1 mile north of Patrick on the ocean side.
  South I-95: At Exit #77 (SR 528), turn left (east) and continue until A1A. You'll see Ron Jon Surf Shop as you pass SR 520. Inn is 5 miles further south on the ocean side.
