• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit, less a $20.00 fee. No refunds on deposit for cancellations or special events with less than 30 days notice.
• Restrictions: Small pets up to 20 lbs allowed in designates rooms only, with daily fee per pet and advance notice. No smoking. Families welcome. Must be at least 21 years of age for Spring Break reservations.
