• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days (14 days for holidays or multiple-room bookings) prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit, less a $25.00 fee. Cancellation after that time will result in a 1 night's charge if the room is not re-rented. No-shows will be charged in full.
• Restrictions: Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Children welcome. Pets allowed with prior approval in certain rooms with a $15.00 per night charge. We reserve the right to charge up to $70 for damage and/or extraordinary cleaning necessitated by having the pet in the room.
