• Accommodations: 16 rooms, each with private bath. Some rooms have bay views, Jacuzzis, and/or fireplaces. 13 newly constructed/ renovated elegant rooms with private porch areas/balconies, bay views, and double Jacuzzis are now available. The Inn is now handicapped accessible.
• Rates: $95.00 to $279.00 based on double occupancy, not including 9% state and local tax. Rates include full, gourmet breakfast, wine and beer at happy hour, and evening dessert and are subject to change without notice. Additional charge of $25.00 for each extra person. Groups of six or more will be charged 10% service charge whether booking as a group or booking separately.

• Payment: Deposit equal to 1 night's stay required to confirm reservation. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days (14 days for holidays or multiple-room bookings) prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit, less a $25.00 fee. Cancellation after that time will result in a 1 night's charge if the room is not re-rented. No-shows will be charged in full.
• Restrictions: Children welcome in most rooms. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Pets on limited basis - Additional $25 per night for pets, in specific rooms only - must be discussed at the time of reservation. We reserve the right to charge up to $250.00 for damage and/or extraordinary cleaning necessitated by having the pet in the room.
• Breakfast: Full, gourmet breakfast served in room, on porches with scenic views, or in the dining room. Wine and beer at happy hour, and evening dessert
• Special Events at Inn: Inn specializes in renewal-of-vows ceremonies. The Inn can accommodate weddings and spa packages.
