• Rates: $129.00 to $269.00. Rates are based on double occupancy, do not include 9% state and local tax, and are subject to change without notice. Additional charge of $10.00 for each extra person. Corporate rates available on weekdays, and special 2-day rates available June through September. Weekday AAA discount. Spa packages available.

• Check-in: 3:00 p.m. (after 9:00 p.m. by special arrangement). Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Payment: Deposit equal to 1 night's stay required to confirm reservation. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days (14 days for holidays or multiple-room bookings) prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit, less a $25.00 fee. Cancellation after that time will result in a 1 night's charge if the room is not re-rented. No-shows will be charged in full.
• Restrictions: Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Pets on limited basis. Additional $15.00 per night special cleaning charge, plus deposit.
• Breakfast: Full, gourmet breakfast served in room, on porches with scenic views, or in the dining room.
• Special Events at Inn: Inn specializes in renewal-of-vows ceremonies. The Inn can accommodate weddings and spa packages.
• Recreation & Activities: Golf, tennis, sailing, kayaking, bicycling, walking and bird watching. Water sports at nearby marina and beaches.
