• Minimum Stay Three (3) day minimum stay during special events and special rates apply.
• Check-in: 4:00 p.m. Special arrangements must be made for late arrivals. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Payment: A credit card number is required to make a reservation. A prepayment of 50% of the total rent due must be made to reserve a condo. Prepayment must be received within one week (7 days) from the date a reservation is made. Final payment is due upon arrival.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the check-in date to receive a refund of the prepayment. Cancellations not received two weeks (14 days) prior to the check-in date will result in the loss of the prepayment. No refunds for early departure.
• Restrictions: No pets allowed. Children welcome.
• Special Events at Inn: On-site reception center.
• Recreation & Activities: Free tennis on clay surface courts with free lighting (lessons offered for modest fee by on-site tennis pro), two swimming pools - each with kiddie pool, golf on several golf courses, boating, fishing, horseback riding, dining, history, and more.
• Attractions & Special Events: Royal Amelia, Amelia Island Museum of History, Fernandina Beach, Fort Clinch State Park, Atlantic Ocean, beaches, Victorian neighborhoods of the Historic District, and more.
• Location: Check-in at the Florida Properties Reception Center located on site at the Amelia Island Surf & Racquet Club. Check-in parking is located to the immediate right once you enter the property, just before the security gate
• Directions: Located on Amelia's secluded south end, we are conveniently located just 30 minutes north of Jacksonville via I-95, or take the scenic route along A1A (Hecksher Drive). From Georgia, we are just 24 miles south of the Florida-Georgia border, via I-95 to A1A.
