Each condo includes a private balcony overlooking the Atlantic ocean, fully equipped kitchen including cookware, dinnerware and microwave, full size washer and dryer, cable television, king bed in master bedroom, and a bathroom next to each bedroom.

Relax on the beach or at one of two beachside pools overlooking 712 feet of white, sandy beach along the Atlantic Ocean. Each pool features spacious decks with comfortable chairs perfect for tanning. Or, you can take a pleasant stroll along the water's edge, perhaps at sunrise. Amelia Island Surf & Racquet Club had an Exercise Room in the Reception Center that features modern equipment and facilities to ensure a good workout.

Play tennis on one of the four Har-Tru courts. Court time is complimentary to guests, and you can fine-tune your game with instruction from the resident resident pro, Charles Talbert.
