• Minimum stay is 2 days on weekends and 3 days on certain special events and holidays.

• Payment: Deposit with credit card. Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and personal checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date for reservations Sunday through Thursday and 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for reservations Friday and Saturday to avoid charge. Cancellations made after stated policy will result in a minimum charge of 2 nights. "No-show" reservations result in full reservation charge.
• Restrictions: Smoking permitted on Verandas and in the rear courtyard only. Children age 12 and up welcome. No pets.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast served in dining room. Tea in the afternoons, and wine in the evening. Dining room can accommodate ten people for meetings.
• Special Events: Weddings (large and small) and private parties can be accommodated. Receptions, luncheons, and teas. Golf packages.
• Recreation & Activities: Miles of pristine white beaches, golf courses, tennis, deep-sea fishing, horseback riding, fine dining, shopping, historic walking tours, bicycling tours, antiquing, and swimming.

• Directions: From I-95, take Exit 129. Travel east to Fernandina Beach, where A1A eventually becomes two lanes (8th Street). Turn right onto Ash Street, just after passing Beech Street traffic light. The Amelia Island Williams House is located on the corner of Ash and Ninth Streets.
